On March 1, 2022, Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. (3TREES) conducted an environmental acceptance inspection on its water-based paint workshop technological transformation project in accordance with the Environmental Acceptance Inspection Monitoring Report on the Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. Water-Based Paint Workshop Technological Transformation Project and Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects upon Completion. The inspection strictly followed relevant national laws and regulations, the technical guidelines for the environmental acceptance inspection of construction projects upon completion, the project environmental impact report, as well as the approval opinion of the examination and approval department. The acceptance team was composed of the construction unit, the monitoring unit (Fuzhou Huashi Pinbiao Testing Co., Ltd.), the acceptance inspection compilation unit (Xiamen CTI Testing Technology Co., Ltd.), as well as three specially invited experts. The acceptance inspection team reviewed relevant project documents and reached the following acceptance inspection opinion after careful deliberations: No item of nonconformity was found in the project during the on-site inspection, document review and careful deliberations and after checking one by one the items of nonconformity specified in the Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects Upon Completion; and the construction project has implemented the "Three Simultaneities" system, as well as the environmental protection measures and requirements of the environmental impact report and the official written report to the environmental impact report, and the monitoring results show that the project can discharge pollutants up to the specified standard. Therefore, the acceptance inspections team agrees that the project passes environmental acceptance inspection.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects (Order No.682 of the State Council), Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects and other relevant national laws and regulations, the basic information of and acceptance inspection opinion on the Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. Construction process: In April 2021, Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. entrusted CCIC Fujian Transcend Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to compile an environmental impact assessment report for the project. On May 10, 2021, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Putian City issued an Official Written Reply to the Environmental Impact Assessment Report on the Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. Water-Based Paint Workshop Technological Transformation Project (PU Huan Shen Li [2021] No.24). Project construction started in May 2021, and the project was completed in October 2021. Project adjusting and trial operation commenced in the same month.
Acceptance inspection: In November 2021, Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. entrusted Xiamen CTI Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out an environmental acceptance inspection of the project. On March 1, 2022, the Environmental Acceptance Inspection Monitoring Report on the Skshu Paint Co., Ltd. Water-Based Coating Workshop Technological Transformation Project was compiled and submitted to the acceptance inspection expert team for review.
